What this site is

MORETHAN.ONE is a personal website project: guides, calculators, templates, checklists and a software directory for freelancers and one-person businesses. We write in good faith and try to be accurate and current, and we publish sources and "last checked" dates. We still cannot promise that every statement is complete, correct or up to date.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site creates an advisor, attorney, accountant or other professional relationship between you and us. Questions about contracts, late fees and interest, collections, taxes, accounting treatment, insurance, employment status or compliance depend on facts we do not know and on law that varies by place. Please ask a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Calculators, templates and the Org Chart of One

  • Calculators use simple, published formulas on the numbers you enter. They show their working so you can check it. They do not calculate taxes, and they cannot know your contracts, local rules or circumstances.
  • Templates and checklists, including email templates, the invoice tracker spreadsheet and the printable checklists, are starting points. Adapt them to your agreement, your clients and your location. A template is not a contract and is not a substitute for advice.
  • The Org Chart of One ranks general business functions using published rules and your answers. It does not know your business. A function can matter even when no particular product is needed to cover it. Software it lists is for you to evaluate, not a prescription.
  • Results are estimates, not guarantees. We do not promise any outcome, including income, faster payment, time saved, legal compliance or business performance.
  • You are responsible for checking inputs and results, and for how you use them.

We describe third-party software from the companies' own public pages and say when we checked. Prices, plans, limits and features change often and may differ by country, so confirm them with the company before you buy. We have not hands-on tested the products we describe unless a page says so. Product names belong to their owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
